CycleWorldNetwork.com is an online service that allows our members to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends. CycleWorldNetwork members can view each others' profiles, communicate with old friends and meet new friends on the service, share photos, post articles and comments, and describe their interests. To enrich our members' experience, we request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Information that will be shared with other members is clearly identified and many profile fields are optional. CycleWorldNetwork members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them.

Information Collection and Use by CycleWorldNetwork.com

CycleWorldNetwork.com collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and age to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the CycleWorldNetwork.com service. CycleWorldNetwork.com also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, and occupation in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other and to assist CyeleWorldNetwork in understanding the interests of members.

CycleWorldNetwork.com also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. User Profile information including members' pictures and their registered user name are displayed in order to facilitate user interaction in the CycleWorldNetwork.com social networking community. Members' real names are never directly revealed to other members unless a member has chosen to use their actual name as their user name (this is not recommended).

To register at CycleWorldNetwork.com users must provide an email address and confirm that address to open their account.  The email address that is provided will be used for periodic notifications from CycleWorldNetwork and notifications of other activities such as requests for member connections and private messaging.  A member’s registration email address is not shared or displayed to other members.  The email address of members is also not shared with third parties such as advertisers or affiliates without the expressed written permission of that member.  CycleWorldNetwork may also use a member's email address to send updates, a newsletter, or news regarding the service. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. Profiles, Articles, and Public Forums and Personal Information

Correcting/Updating Information

CycleWorldNetwork.com users may modify their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing features such as Edit Profile and Account Info.

Email Choice/Opt-out & Closing Membership

Members who no longer wish to receive CycleWorldNetwork updates (not including the optional Newsletter) or contact notifications may choose to remove their membership. with the Subject of “Remove” and in the text of the email please provide your Registered User Name.  Please be advised that while your User Profile will be removed upon closing your membership that articles that you contributed will not be removed unless specifically requested in writing via Registered Mail.  Posts made to Public Forums will not be removed.
